Leak detection and repair
A hidden leak wastes water, damages your home and runs up your bill quietly. We find it, confirm it, and fix it with as little damage as possible.
Where leaks hide, and how they give themselves away
Least damage first
- Listen to the homeWe ask what you have noticed and where. Your observations are the first clue.
- Isolate the systemWe test which part of the plumbing is losing water.
- Pinpoint the leakWe narrow it to a specific location before opening anything.
- Open the smallest accessThen repair and show you what we found.
Fixing it so it stays fixed
Once we find the leak we explain your options: repair the damaged section, reroute the line, or replace the pipe. If the leak is under a slab, we walk through the choices and the trade-offs before work begins.
For larger repairs, financing can help the work start sooner.

Leak detection FAQ
How can I tell if I have a hidden leak?
Watch for an unexplained jump in your water bill, the sound of running water when everything is off, damp or warm spots on a floor, musty smells, or stains on walls and ceilings.
What is a slab leak?
A slab leak is a leak in a pipe running under or within the concrete slab of your home. Warm spots on the floor and a constantly running water meter are common signs. We confirm the location before recommending a repair.
Will you have to open my walls or floors?
We start with the least invasive methods to pinpoint the leak and open only the smallest access needed. We explain the plan before any cutting.
Is a small leak worth fixing right away?
Yes. Small leaks waste water and can damage framing, flooring and drywall long before they show. They also tend to get worse.
Can you help with the insurance paperwork?
We can document what we find. Coverage depends on your policy, so check with your insurance agent.
